Who says Vanlife says Starbucks, but why?

Let's not kid ourselves: life has become expensive! 💸 No matter how full your wallet is in 2024, if a good deal comes along, everyone wants to take advantage. Well, it's nothing new: at Starbucks, you can get free drinks! Yes, free. 🤩

While Mathieu and I prefer to support local businesses, sometimes on the road, we have to settle for what's affordable and convenient with our eclectic schedules. 🗓️ Starbucks has become a must-have in this regard. Whether studying or working, their free and fast Wi-Fi, as well as their drink refills, allow us to stay connected on the road, almost anywhere. 🛜

How does it work? Well, you walk in, order your drink of choice (personally, I go for the funkiest one on my list – you'll see why 😉), scan your loyalty card, pay, and sit down to work. A few dozen minutes later, you're still feeling a bit thirsty? 🕙 Get up, order a drink again, but this time it has to be a basic hot or cold tea or coffee. Season it however you like, scan your loyalty card again, and voilà: you'll only pay for the extras, which are sometimes even included! 😱 All this, as long as you stay there, and as much as you can.

In short, you pay for your first drink and enjoy Wi-Fi, liquid energy, a cozy atmosphere, and comfortable benches all day long, for an average of $8 per day! Not a bad perk, right?
